Refund policy
Sri Lanka
You have the option to initiate an exchange 7 days of receiving your package.
Please ensure that the returned items are in same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Step 02: You have to send us the package through Registered Post or a Courier Service along with the following details. Alternatively, you can request for a pick up through our courier partner as well.

- Order number
Post it to us within 2-3 working days after contacting us. Please WhatsApp (0701439775) or email us ( info@apereve.com) the Courier/ Postal receipt of your exchange package. Please note that you must bear the cost of the delivery charge. In the meantime, you can place your new order through our sales representatives.
Step 03: Once we have received the package, we will dispatch your new package so you can simply redeem the exchange product value from your new order.
EUROPEAN UNION
Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We have a 14-day return policy , which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or a refund.

Final Sale items are not able to be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact our Customer Service team at info@apereve.com with your order number and images of the fault. Our team will work to resolve this with priority.
Online Order Refunds
Refunds are applicable to full price items only.
Sale Item Returns
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a sale item is returned, the item will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
Promotion or Discount Code Purchase Returns
Any full priced items purchased with a promotional or discount code are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
Garment Return Conditions
The item must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge.
Stolen Return Parcels
It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure pick up address. APEREVE is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels not handed directly to the nominated courier.
Return to Sender
Any orders where delivery is refused or not collected in time will be returned back to APEREVE with the return fee deducted from the return.
Duties and Taxes Refunds
Any applicable customs, duties or taxes paid on your order will not be refunded by APEREVE upon the return of your items. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information on any possible customs and duties refunds local to your country.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
